Yin Peng

Yin Peng led a boutique team dealing in Klang Valley’s prime residential real estate markets, before striking out on her own, focusing on her own local neighbourhood of TTDI.

With more than eight years of experience, she received the Top Rookie Real Estate Negotiator award by the Malaysian Institute of Real Estate Agents (MIEA). This culminated in group sales management of over RM300 million in property value per year.

With Yin Homes, she aspires to bring a new experience of selling & buying a home: one that weaves real estate solutions with technology to serve competitive market demands.

When she is not at work, Yin Peng can be found enjoying a cup of coffee at a local cafe or pottering around the garden trying to figure out how to best nurture her plants.

Samuel

Don’t be fooled by his youthful grin; Samuel has been in the property industry since 2016, having transacted over 50 developer units in the Klang Valley market. He enjoys spending time with the clients beyond just selling and renting but also to understand them as friends.

His expertise in digital media generates creative innovative marketing strategies to match the right buyer to the right home. He is passionate about checking out the latest property marketing trends and always brings new ideas to the team on how to better reach the right audience at the right time.

In his free time, you'll find him researching and anticipating the next wave of tech-savvy solutions to help you solve your next property challenge. Otherwise, he can be found playing basketball at the local courts.

Kenneth

In his previous life, Kenneth was a banker and a graduate in Economics & Management. He decided to join Real Estate in 2016 and has not looked back ever since.

He is outgoing and believes providing the utmost honest and genuine service is important. He has won the hearts of people whom he has worked with due to his dedicated personality. He had worked with Yin Peng for the over 2 years in real estate and is now focused to serve the real estate needs of the TTDI community. 

Kenneth values connection with those he has crosses paths with and does his best to help, often going above and beyond the call of duty. When he is not busy helping clients find their dream homes, he can be found fishing out in the open sea – his favourite pastime that is a testament to his top two characteristics : patience & perseverance.

Kok Haur

Kok Haur joined the real estate industry in 2016 and has transacted over 200 sales and rental cases in the Residential sector. Always favored by clients for his earnest and honest personality, Kok Haur believes that a real estate agent is not about selling or buying but about offering a listening ear to understand what clients need.

He has a great attention to details and can sit for hours tinkering on the laptop to refine his sales processes. He graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Marketing. He then decided to further his knowledge in real estate by completing his Executive Diploma in Real Estate in the year 2019.

When he is not busy serving his clients, Kok Haur can be found hiking or sniffing out the latest local food craze.
